The pickup and delivery locations, complete with their respective to and from addresses, as well as any indication whether they are residential or commercial. Additionally, kindly specify who bears the responsibility for unloading the shipment and the overall weight of the freight. 

Transport type – the type of transportation you choose can affect the price of your shipment. There are different types of services available, each with its own pricing structure. 

Pickup date – please provide the desired pickup date for your shipment, so that our agents can schedule it as close as possible to your preferred date. 

Contact details – we require your phone number, name, and email address to assist our supervisor in contacting you and managing your shipment.

At Maze Logistics Enterprise, we understand that our customers’ time and money are valuable. That’s why we make it a priority to respond to your requests promptly, often within minutes. We have learned over the years that minimizing waiting time is critical to maintaining strong customer relationships. 

Please note: that for all orders placed through Maze Logistics Enterprise, a minimum deposit of $100.00 is required. The deposit amount may vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle being transported. If you cancel your order and no carrier has been assigned to it, your deposit will be refunded to you. 

Please note: that we offer a no-fee cancellation policy if you cancel your shipment within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time. However, if you cancel your shipment after this time, you will be subject to cancellation fees. 

All remaining payments for your shipment are due at the time of delivery or pick-up to the transporting driver. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, cash, and checks. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding payment.
